With reference to Your Lordship's despatch No.158 of the 18th May, 1920, I have the honour to forward the accompanying notification of my concurrence in the Order of Removal of Prisoner John Macbean Tulloch from Hongkong to the United Kingdom.

I enclose also a copy of the prisoner's

record of conduct which would be considered as "Fair" by the Prison Authorities of this Colony together with a copy of

his remission and class mark sheet.
